Elvis Graceland Exhibit: When is it and how to get tickets

More than 400 of Elvis Presley's belongings will be showcased in a London exhibit from Friday, 20 October.

Through the years, Elvis has had major international influence as a musician and actor. He starred in 33 successful films and is still known today as The King.

The exhibit is expected to showcase his background, youth and all the components that went into making him 'The Memphis Flash', another of his nicknames describing his rapid rise to fame.

What is the exhibit?

The Direct from Graceland Exhibit is to be held at Arches London Bridge, which provides cavernous gallery space. Items will chart Elvis' humble beginnings in Mississippi to his fame as a musician in the 1950s and will include his Gold Microphone and Gold International Belt. Also on display will be some of Elvis' outfits from when he was decked in threads and colour, as well as artefacts from his bedroom, including a telephone.

The exhibit has been described as a "Journey through multiple gallery spaces from Elvis the man to the global sensation, the performer and movie star". People will get to "experience first-hand featuring towering tributes to The 68 Special, Aloha From Hawaii, and Las Vegas with an immersive spectacle to relive the iconic performance".

"For fans who cannot make it to Graceland, Graceland is coming to you. Tickets will sell fast for this strictly limited run at London’s brand-new destination for culture, Arches London Bridge."

Where and when is the exhibit?

The exhibit is to be held at Arches London Bridge which is located at 8 Bermondsey St, SE12ER and is a two-minute walk from the Tooley St exit of London Bridge Station. It is also a four-minute walk from The Shard. At over 11,000 square feet, Arches London Bridge will provide gallery space to showcase the Elvis exhibit.

The exhibit will run in daily slots which begin at 10am, 2pm and 6pm.

On the Arches London Bridge website, tickets can be booked and purchased for attendance from this Friday. The exhibit will continue into early 2024, however, tickets are not guaranteed and are expected to sell quickly.
