Elton John's private jet was spotted at Aberdeen Airport yesterday (June 14) as the singing legend touched down for his two gigs at the P&J Live.
The Rocket Man singer is on Scottish turf to perform his shows in Aberdeen and Glasgow as part of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour.
The luxurious Bombardier Global Express jet, emblazoned with the a large letter E and a rose on the nose, is currently parked up in Aberdeen as Sir Elton played to packed audience on Tuesday and will go again tonight at the P&J Live and then on to Glasgow's OVO Hydro this weekend, writes Aberdeen Live.
Angela Matthew, who managed to grab a snap of the jet at the airport, said she was 'just being nosy' but that she had been to the star's gig at Pittodrie in 2004.
It is estimated more than 15,000 turned out for Tuesday's performance and similar numbers are expected tonight (Thursday, June 15).
Sir Elton, 76, is currently on his worldwide farewell tour, appropriately titled Farewell Yellow Brick Road, which had to previously be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic and then again as he had to undergo surgery on his hip.
After his gig tonight in the Granite City, Sir Elton will head to the OVO Hydro arena in Glasgow before jetting off to perform in Paris, Zurich, Copenhagen and Sweden.
