Medics were spotted rushing to assist a collapsed festivalgoer minutes ahead of Elton John's highly-anticipated set at Glastonbury Festival.
The Rocket Man singer, 76, headlined on the Pyramid Stage on Sunday night after a weekend of incredible acts.
Before the music icon appeared on stage, chaos was building in the crowd as people tried to fit in the space to watch the show.
A tannoy had announced to the crowd gathered by the stage that it would be a standing-only event this evening.
Fans were asked to pack away their chairs and blankets as they prepared for the show.
Minutes before his set began, medics raced into the crown to rescue a person who collapsed onto the floor.
The incident occurred around 20 metres from the stage and people were heard chanting for help.
It's not the first time a medic was called into the crowd over the weekend as the Arctic Monkeys previously had to pause their set due to an unwell fan.
Meanwhile, Sir Elton kicked off his set on Sunday night to thousands of cheering fans.
The Cold Heart singer previously teased four stars will be joining him on the main stage at Worthy Farm.
Britney Spears, Dolly Parton Dua Lipa and actor Taron Egerton, who played the singer in his 2019 biopic Rocketman, are just a few of the names rumoured to be on Elton's star-studded guestlist.
Rina Sawayama looks almost certain to be one of the four stars set to surprise festival goers alongside Elton this evening, with a soundcheck earlier this morning letting the cat out the bag.
After playing his first song, Elton addressed the massive crowd.
He said: "Ah wow, I never thought I'd ever play Glastonbury and here I am!
"It is a very special and emotional night for me because it may. be my last show ever in England and Great Britain. So I better play well and I have been standing there so long. I really appreciate all the outfits and everything. Ok here we go."
