Elsie Hewitt seemingly confirms Pete Davidson split rumors in TikTok video: ‘Doing it on my own’

Elsie Hewitt has claimed she is raising her daughter with Pete Davidson on her own after rumors surfaced that the pair broke up.

Hewitt, 30, seemingly confirmed her split with the Saturday Night Alive alum, 32, in recent TikTok posts following reports from multiple news outlets that the former couple — who became parents to Scottie Rose in December — separated after dating for more than a year.

After the model was spotted pushing Scottie in a stroller Friday in New York City, she said in a video that started out with a yawn: “I’m exhausted, okay? I should’ve left the house looking nicer yesterday. I should’ve known that was going to happen.

“But that’s not what I’m thinking about right now because I have a baby to take care of,” she said. “And I also have to work and make money. And I’m doing it on my own, which is hard.”

Hewitt then liked a TikTok comment on the post that said: “from a fellow single mama you’re doing amazing and all we can do is show up and do our best.”

The Independent has learned that Hewitt and Davidson are continuing to work on their relationship amid reports of their split. Hewitt did not immediately return The Independent’s requests for comment.

Food influencer Hewitt’s recent posts come days after People reported that the couple broke up because they were “not getting along” after the birth of their daughter.

“They were already struggling a bit while Elsie was pregnant,” an insider told the outlet. “Things just happened so quickly between them and they didn’t know each other very well.”

The pair were reportedly trying to work on a co-parenting plan after their breakup, with the outlet adding they would “like to be friends and do things together, but it’s difficult to think about getting to that place right now.” However, the insider added that Scottie remains “their top priority.”

Davidson and Hewitt were first linked romantically in March 2025. They announced their pregnancy with their first child in July 2025.

In January, the former couple told US Weekly that they planned on getting married and having more children together.

Davidson said in March that he was enjoying fatherhood, and that he was surprised to find that it made him feel “primal” and protective over Scottie, who is named after his late father.
