This weekend, the United States came together to celebrate cinematic culture in the form of another Oscars presentation. One Battle After Another took home Best Picture, Paul Thomas Anderson brought home the award for Best Director. But, Musk and other conservative commentators took issue with their perceived “woke-ness” of the Oscars ceremony. The movies and actors being celebrated are a little too Black.
