Elon Musk dissolves Twitter’s board of directors and cements control of site

Elon Musk has dissolved Twitter’s board of directors, cementing his control over the company, according to US filings.

The filing with US Securities and Exchange Commission states that all previous members of the board are no longer directors after Musk’s takeover was “consummated” on Thursday.
