A tearful Ellen DeGeneres brought an end to her hit series after 19 seasons and received a standing ovation in doing so.
The talk show host, 64, announced the current season of The Ellen DeGeneres Show would be her last last year and the final episode is set to air today.
In a new preview clip, the comedian is seen emerging from behind a screen to a cheery audience and she was clearly emotional as she fought back the tears.
Her wife Portia de Rossi and brother Vance DeGeneres were both in front row for one last time to take in the show.
Putting her hand on her heart, a teary-eyed Ellen said "thank you" while Portia also looked on emotionally.
The full edition features a host of big-name guests, including Jennifer Aniston, P!nk and Billie Eilish.
Jennifer's inclusion is a fitting tribute after the Friends actress was the very first guest on the show which debuted in 2003.
The finale marks the 20th time Jennifer has appeared on set.
As the show comes to an end, the host has been chatting to a flurry of huge names from the world of showbiz for the final few episodes.
Over the past few weeks, she has chatted to the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Mila Kunis, Justin Timberlake, Zac Efron and Bruno Mars.
During Baywatch actor Zac's time in the white seat earlier this month he revealed he doesn't exactly feel ready for parenthood following his first on-screen role as a dad.
The Hollywood star began the interview by telling Ellen about his experience of working with a young on-screen daughter - played by Ryan Kiera Armstrong.
"I didn't think about it all that much," he said. "And then when we started filming the movie, I had a two-week quarantine … and when I got out of quarantine, we started filming that Monday, so it was a pretty quick intro to the film, and all of a sudden, I had this daughter in front of me.
"We had a pretty heavy dad-daughter scene right off the bat, and I realised I was drastically underprepared for this part. I didn't know what I was doing."
When asked by Ellen if the role had made him want to have kids of his own, he paused, before confessing: "I think that was a healthy dose to put me off of it for as long as necessary. I have a little bit more growing to do, probably. I don't know. Not yet."
