Ellen DeGeneres is thought to have snapped up a $27million (£20m) mansion in California just over a year after leaving the US for the Cotswolds.

The former talk show host, 68, and her wife Portia de Rossi, moved to the Cotswolds last year after growing tired of US President Donald Trump’s politics.
