Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) suggested she has a “theory” behind why President Donald Trump declined to sign a bipartisan housing bill that later became law anyway.
In an episode of All In with Chris Hayes on MS Now, on Monday, Warren questioned Trump’s refusal to sign the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, a bipartisan bill that passed Congress overwhelmingly and became law automatically without his signature in mid-July 2026.
