The Crown star to become first woman to play Richard II in RSC production

Elizabeth Debicki is set to become the first woman to portray Richard II in a Royal Shakespeare Company production.

The 36-year-old Australian actor, an Emmy and Golden Globe winner, is best known for starring in The Night Manager and playing Diana, Princess of Wales in the final two seasons of The Crown.
