The body of a missing heiress who was abducted and forced into an SUV during an early morning jog near the University of Memphis has been discovered, police said.

The body of Eliza Fletcher, 34, a school teacher and granddaughter of a prominent Memphis businessman, was found after a three day frantic search after she was kidnapped at about 4am on Friday.
