Electricity amendment bill in Lok Sabha dangerous: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal

NEW DELHI: Chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party national convener Arvind Kejriwal has said that Electricity Amendment Bill 2022, which was introduced in the Lok Sabha on Monday and proposes radical changes in the power distribution sector, is “dangerous” and urged the central government not to go ahead with it in haste.

“Electricity Amendment Bill is being brought in Lok Sabha today. This law is very dangerous. With this, instead of improving the power problem in the country, it will become more serious,” Kejriwal tweeted in Hindi on Monday morning.
