ELDERLY residents in a four-storey retirement home in Falkirk have been left “trapped” and feeling like “nobody's bothered about them” after the building's only lift broke and is not expected to be fixed for four weeks.
Residents at Wellside Court have told The National how they have been left “looking out the window” of their homes for more than a week after the only lift in their building’s control system broke.
