Egypt's national football coach, Hossam Hassan, made a powerful statement on the pitch after his team's World Cup victory over Australia, waving a Palestinian flag and declaring, "My heart and soul are with them."

He dedicated the win to both Egyptian and Palestinian people in an emotional post-game interview.
