Eetu Vertainen heaped praise on his Linfield teammates after he scooped a December awards double.
The Blues striker bagged both the Dream Spanish Homes Player of the Month award and the NIFWA Goal of the Month prize.
The Finn scored five goals in the festive month, including a late winner against Glentoran on Boxing Day that was selected as December's best goal.

It capped a great month individually and collectively for Vertainen and his Linfield teammates.
“It was a great month for me but also for the team. I think we won every game, so everyone was pleased," he said.
“It was a great way to end the year, particularly after a slow start to the season.
"I’m delighted to win this award. It was very special to get this recognition from the Football Writers’ to be named Player of the Month and to win Goal of the Month.
“Scoring against the Glens on Boxing Day was amazing. It was a special goal, but I was just happy that I was able to help my team win the game.
"After a slow start we are doing very well in the league now."
