Creepy footage showing the interior of an abandoned Georgian hotel in Edinburgh has surfaced online.
Northfield House Hotel, built around the 1870s, was once viewed as a useful amenity for locals and tourists. But before the Covid pandemic, bosses shut the building down and the doors were never reopened again.
Now, Edinburgh Live reports that the listed building is expected to be bulldozed to make way for student accommodation. And before its demolition, new footage has been released by urban explorers who have captured its interior, where many features remain intact despite vandalism in recent years.
