EE, BT and Vodafone were down for thousands – here's how the epic outage played out

Thousands of EE, BT and Vodafone users experienced voice calling issues for over two days this week, but the problems now seem to (finally) be sorted.

The outage first started on Thursday, July 24 at around 11am BST and appeared to be resolved later that day, before the mobile and landline issues re-emerged on Friday, July 25.
