Edward calls for spotlight on careers in film and TV production in new role

The Earl of Wessex has become royal patron of the Production Guild of Great Britain (PGGB), which represents production crews working behind the scenes in film and television drama.

Edward visited Twickenham Film Studios in west London – the UK’s oldest film studio – on Tuesday to mark his new appointment, touring filming stages and the Bafta and Oscar-winning sound and picture department.
