A heavily pregnant woman is fighting for her money back from a beauty treatment company. Tiffany Bucko, 36, bought a laser hair treatment deal at Skin HQ for £286 in September last year and and has paid two out of her three instalments through online shopping app Klarna.
The Edwalton resident bought it as a treat for herself but says she cannot use it yet as she is seven months pregnant with her second child. After seeing the story from Nottinghamshire Live about Skin HQ being accused of taking money without providing treatments, Tiffany wanted to get her money back, as she thought she wouldn't be able to get the treatment and could do with the money during her pregnancy. Skin HQ is a Derby-based company with a premises in Nottingham.

The Derby branch is currently closed and has been badly vandalised, and the company says its Nottingham HQ, in the Ropewalk in the city centre, is "temporarily closed". There have been a number of recent reviews left about the company and comments on social media demanding refunds from frustrated customers.
Tiffany says she tried to contact the business directly without success and all she wants is her money back.
Tiffany said: "I bought it as a treat for myself and stored it as I used to have loads of hair treatments when I lived abroad in Australia around 5 years ago. I just want to get my money back now as I've got another baby on the way and that money would come in handy.
"I've had to go through the bank to try and get a refund. I've not purchased any services with them before, but it looked like such a good deal and at the time, the reviews seemed OK."
Nottinghamshire Live put Tiffany's claims to Skin HQ chief executive officer and founder Haroon Danis, but he has not yet responded directly to this.
Mr Danis has previously said: "The Derby clinic was recently vandalised and has been closed whilst we try and rectify the damage. There has been a targeted chain of robberies within clinics which the police are investigating.
"We have been trying to contact the clients who have been affected by this and offer them to take up the services in the closest open clinic and if not possible then to issue a refund. Due to the high number of calls we have not been able to speak to every client and there has been a delay in communication.
"We are working to try and get each and every client contacted. We recommend that any client who would like a refund to contact via email to refunds@skinhq.co.uk and we will get back to them as a matter of urgency.
"We understand that this is causing undue worry for clients that have booked for treatment but we want to reassure our clients we are doing our best to rectify this situation during this difficult time."
