Some of Edinburgh's top restaurants have been picked out as winners at the highly anticipated second Scottish Restaurant Awards.
At a glittering ceremony on Monday, July 3 at Glasgow's Marriott Hotel, renowned chefs, industry professionals, and foodies from across Scotland watched on as the winners were revealed.
Competition this year was fierce across a number of categories, from fine dining and world cuisine to street food and fish and chips.
Designed to recognise those spots that have demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to culinary excellence, the awards aim to celebrate those pushing boundaries and offering unforgettable dining experiences.
Winners from the capital included Butta Burger on George Street, which claimed Burger Restaurant of the Year, Vietnam House Restaurant which scooped Noodle Bar of the Year, and El Cartel, named Mexican Restaurant of the Year.

Other awards were given to Ondine Restaurant (Best World Cuisine) and Ola Kala, the Best Grill & Deli (Street Food Restaurant of the Year).
While The Stockbridge Restaurant was hailed as Outstanding Restaurant of the Year and the Quick & Plenty Cafe which took home Best Diner.
Further out, you'll find Curry of the Year, which went to The Radhuni in Loanhead.
And picked out as the best in Edinburgh was top chef Fred Berkmiller's restaurant L'Escargot Bleu.
