A devastated widow has asked the First Minister for answers again after she lost her Edinburgh husband in 2020.
Louise Slorance, from Edinburgh, said the QEUH in Glasgow did not inform her about references in her late husband Andrew's medical notes to a deadly infection.
She said she was never told about repeated mentions in Andrew’s medical notes of the deadly infection aspergillus days before he died.
