With Halloween just around the corner, an Edinburgh tourist and his family are convinced that they have caught a glimpse of the Queen's ghost at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
Wayne, 50, was up in Edinburgh on Thursday 20 and was exploring the capital as many tourists do, taking in the sights of the city centre.
At around 2:00pm he was taking pictures during a tour at the Palace along with his partner and two friends.

When suddenly he was shocked as he says that he saw what he thought was a ghost bending over on a bed through a window at Holyroodhouse.
It is difficult to make out, but Wayne is certain that he spotted something in the bottom corner of the window on the left.
On the picture, the Geordie said: “We were visiting Edinburgh for three days and on Thursday we visited Holyrood Palace.
“I was taking pictures for a while at the palace but was shocked when we got back home as I thought that I saw someone sitting on the bed crouched over.
“I thought it was strange what we saw on the camera. We thought it may have been the Queen or another royal female member who had died in the past.
“This isn’t the first time that I have taken a picture of a ghost either, as last year we went to the Adelphi, which is meant to be haunted, and I captured something there.”
