Edinburgh teenager dies after being found injured on Old Town street

Edinburgh Police Police Scotland Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh

A teenager has died in hospital after he was found injured in the city centre of Edinburgh on Sunday morning.

The 18-year-old was found injured at around 3.45am by police in the Viewcraig Street, in the Dumbiedykes area of Edinburgh on Sunday February 12.

He was rushed to Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh where he sadly died a shortly after. His family have been made aware.
