A busy Subway in a plush neighbourhood has hit the market after trading in the area for 19 years.
The popular lunch spot in Stockbridge is on sale for £199,500 and full support and training of staff is supplied by the company for the new prospective owners.
Stockbridge has been home to the branch since 2004 and the current owner took over the shop in 2018 where it underwent a huge transformation.

Along with the Subway brand, the new owners would benefit from booth seating and free-standing tables and chairs for customers to eat. The advert points out that the store currently opens from 9am to 6pm, but there is scope to extend these hours for trade if the new owner desires.
As Right Biz adds: "This is an excellent opportunity to take on a very well presented and well-run Subway franchise located in the heart of the hugely popular Edinburgh suburb of Stockbridge. This unit has been refurbished recently and is right up to date in terms of the franchise requirements with quality fixtures and fittings throughout.
"There has been a Subway franchise operating from here since 2004, our client took over the business in 2018 and since then no expense has been spared in transforming it to how it looks today, genuinely in walk-in condition for the buyer."
