An Edinburgh student has been slammed by locals online after 'considering' moving to Leith because flat searching in city is so hard.

Catherine Nordbø posted the joke video while flat-hunting in the city which is notoriously difficult at the moment. In the clip she claims she has just look at properties in Leith because flat searching in Edinburgh is so hard.

Many residents were quick to hit back at the video saying that Leith is in Edinburgh and many saying Leith is one of the best parts of the city to live in and actually not far from the city centre at all.
