Edinburgh city centre park has been named amongst the UK's top locations to enjoy a picnic this summer.
Princes Street Gardens, located in the very heart of the capital, ranked sixth in the top 15 picnic spots list put together by HelloFresh, a hugely popular recipe-box delivery company.
Revealed just in time for the National Picnic Week - running from June 18 to June 26 - the list was based on an extensive analysis of Tripadvisor reviews and Google search trends.

The research indicates a sharp rise in the popularity of picnics as data showed the online UK searches for "picnic set for two" rose 100% and "four-person picnic basket" rose 50% between May 30 and June 6.
Recipe Development Manager, Mimi Morley, from HelloFresh said: "Picnics are a great British classic, with lots of opportunities to get together with friends and family to enjoy tasty food in stunning locations - what's not to love.
"Create your favourite summer meals this National Picnic Week, whether that be delicious salads, your go-to picky bits, mouth-watering fruits and naughty treats. My favourite is a big salad bowl with crumbled feta, rocket, and watermelon!"
The Edinburgh garden is one of only two Scottish locations that made it to the list, with the second one being the Helix: Home of the Kelpies in Falkirk District, ranking eleventh.
