However, although a steal to have the flat for under £100,000, the cheapest flat in the city needs a bit of work to bring it up to modern standards.

Although nowhere near unliveable, the dated interior and tired decor would most likely need updated by the new owners before moving in.
But with no serious structural issues, the little Edinburgh bargain is expected to be snapped up pretty quickly.
