An Edinburgh couple say that they filmed what appeared to be two UFO lights above their home at Meadowbank.
The pair, who wish to remain anonymous, say that they captured the footage from their window at 2.30am.
In the video, one faint light can be spotted adjacent to the moon before it is joined by another above it.
Those filming the video say that they do not believe the objects to be planes in the sky due to the hour in which they were spotted and that it was not a flight path route.

Of course, the lights may just be satellites but it is worth asking the question - is there anyone else out there visiting Edinburgh?
On capturing the video, a source said: “There is definitely something out there. It is becoming more obvious nowadays.
“It was not on any flight path and at that time in the morning - it had me absolutely baffled.
“We are really curious as to what it is. It was silent and looked and moved really strange.
“You can see the two smaller lights next to the moon - it is just so strange.”
Last week Edinburgh Live covered another potential UFO sighting over Arthur’s Seat when a vlogger thought that they had spotted some other worldly vehicle travelling through the sky.
On the footage they captured, BigFoot Digger said: “While filming my Garrett Ace 250 Giveaway video in Edinburgh a UFO flew across the sky.
“Just above Arthurs seat in the distance a UFO can be seen flying behind me as I talk about the Garrett Giveaway.
“I checked on the day and there was no air traffic leaving the airport, any flights were in an inbound direction, plus the object is too high for just leaving the airport.
“If it was a plane you would see the wings at least, there's always weird things in the sky at Bathgate and Boghall.”
