Emergency services raced to a street near Edinburgh city centre this week after a late-night crash caused chaos.
Police and fire crews were called out to Marionville Road in Abbeyhill shortly after midnight on Thursday morning after a BMW appeared to have ploughed into parked cars.
Suffering significant damage to the front left side of the vehicle, the blue vehicle had impacted with a white Ford Fiesta parked on the road.

Also causing the bonnet and right hand side of the Fiesta to be crushed, one eyewitness told Edinburgh Live that the force of the crash had appeared to cause the vehicle to be pushed up onto the pavement.
Working to clear the scene, police had been seen attending to debris scattered across the road, while a series of car alarms sounded for some time.

It is currently unknown if there were any injuries as a result of the incident.
Speaking to Edinburgh Live, an eyewitness said: "It looks like the BMW has somehow crashed into the row of parked cars and the white Festa has been hit so hard it has mounted the pavement and there’s debris everywhere.
"It was loud enough to wake us up anyway and the alarm was blaring on the smashed car for ages until the police arrived. It looks like every car on the row has hit into each other."
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
