Edinburgh police officer pelted by traffic cone before Hearts game

Hearts Police Edinburgh

An Edinburgh police officer has been injured after being pelted by a traffic cone before the Hearts game on August 25.

The incident took place on Mcleod Street around 7.00pm on Thursday evening prior to the Heart of Midlothian v FC Zurich match.

The police officer received treatment at the scene for his injuries and now Police Scotland are appealing for witnesses to establish what happened.
