Edinburgh police were seen cracking down on drivers in the capital on Friday as they came off two major roads.
The Road Police and National Motorcycle unit reported they had stopped a number of motorists at Hermiston Gait, with officers setting up a temporary checkpoint.
Pulled into the lay-by next to the Krispy Kreme and KFC drive-thru, teams requested drivers to pull in and undergo a series of offence checks.
