Edinburgh police have responded to an emergency incident in Restalrig on Tuesday afternoon.
A local witness photographed four Police Scotland units at the corner of Restalrig Road and Sleigh Drive on Tuesday at approximately 12:30pm.
Speaking to Edinburgh Live, the individual said the emergency response had also included an ambulance, which had arrived outside the residential flats.

The photograph shows two police vans parked on the side of the road in front of two police cars. The road was not blocked off to traffic; other vehicles, including a bus can be seen in the background of the photo.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 11.15am on Tuesday, 8 November, police were called to a report of distubance within a flat in Restalrig Road, Edinburgh. Officers attended to assist."
