In the 39th series of the popular property-hunting programme, hosts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer headed to Edinburgh to suss out two homes in a fast-moving market.
Guests Sadia and Sohail were aiming to break the shackles of flat-living with Kirstie's help and find their forever home within walking distance of the city centre.
They were looking for a grown-up home with three or four-bedroom but wanted a south-facing garden. In the difficult market, they have had to move away from that and will take anything but north facing with a £600,000 budget.

The couple spent a few years living in Dublin, Ireland, where Sohail is from but chose to move back East to start house hunting in the capital and have been outbid on two properties already.
Edinburgh-born Sadia believes there is a real shortage of houses in the local property market which has made the search tricky so far and properties often sell for 20% more than the home report value.
Kirsty began the search by showing them a flat in Shandon but a compromise as it is flat, but, a flat with four bedrooms, an upstairs and a private garden for offers over £450,000.
The couple were not impressed but kept an open mind while searching. Immediately Sadia was put off by the small bedrooms and the bathroom with no bath.
Moving on the couple viewed a property in Juniper Green an area they hadn't searched in before.
The spacious semi-detached villa had a garage for private parking and a huge garden with plenty of light gushing into the house but sadly was northwest facing which put Sadia off.
There was scope to take down a wall to create a huge bedroom that had stunning views of the leafy area. Kirsty believed it was a much more grown-up home that the couple could thrive in.
And the couple agreed saying definitely maybe despite the sunlight facing the wrong way.
When it came to the crunch the idea of moving into somewhere that already felt like a home with a huge bedroom and massive garden in a plush area the couple decided to go for it.

Despite the other couple on the show missing out on their dream property, Sadia and Sohail's offer was accepted and the couple were delighted to purchase the adaptable home they first wrote off due to the northwest-facing garden.
