A fuming Edinburgh mum has been left feeling 'angry and helpless' while she waits for a major leak and broken boiler to be fixed.
Fiona Feng, a mum-of-two from Leith has water dripping from her ceiling after reporting a broken boiler a month ago. With no hot water, and a leak causing parts of the ceiling to bulge, the 33-year-old is at her end's wit.
Speaking to Edinburgh Live, Fiona said: "Since June 12, we've had no hot water. An engineer came to look at it but said the boiler was too old and has put a 'danger' notice on it.

"Then on June 27, my husband noticed a leak in the bathroom and we reported it to Belvoir Perth, who also manage the flat above as well as ours.
"I need hot water so my children and family can have showers. We don't know what to do."
Tradesmen were sent out to visit the flat in Leith and during inspection cut a square hole in the ceiling to check the damage, but so far, repairs have not started. The family of four are still living in soaking wet property.
Fiona added: "I just feel helpless and angry."
In videos sent to Edinburgh Live, water can be seen dripping from the man-made hole and watermarks have travelled across the ceiling and down the wall in the bathroom. Meanwhile, in another room, damp patches have appeared on the ceiling with water collecting in pockets causing it to bulge.
In her best efforts, she has placed a number of buckets around her home to catch the water until the issue is fixed.
A spokesperson for estate agents Belvoir Perth said: "Belvoir Perth are looking into matters and I do know that trades have been on site investigating and resolving the immediate leak - with the possibility of an insurance claim thereafter for an escape of water. Belvoir will reach out to the tenant to provide further assistance and reassurance.
"We are experienced property managers and we are doing our very best to have this resolved."
