Edinburgh mum embarks on solo Bali adventure to teach kids important life lesson

An Edinburgh mum is embarking on 'the biggest act of self-care in her life' by jetting off on a solo trip to Bali - in a bid to show her kids that it's okay to take time for yourself.

Jill Ritchie, is leaving her sons, Jude, seven, and Eden, 11, at home with her partner Daryl while she takes the holiday of a lifetime, which she hopes will help her navigate her way through grief.
