What is The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo?
The world-famous event brings thousands to the city from across the globe, with a spectacular one-of-a-kind performance that can only be seen in Edinburgh.
The Edinburgh Military Tattoo features a pipe band and Scottish Highland dancers in full flow, backed by a phenomenal fireworks display, lighting up the capital sky in a captivating show.
The Army has been confirmed as the lead service this year, with military acts as ever playing a key role in the event, supported by the UK Military Regiments musicians.
International acts have also been confirmed for this year's grand return of the event, with appearances from Swiss, American, New Zealand and Mexico artists added to the lineup.
Tickets and Prices
Despite the tendancy for the show to be sold-out, this year, there are still plenty of tickets up for grabs even as the event kicks off.
With ticket prices ranging from £35 to £640 - excluding the booking fee - there is an option to view the phenomenal spectacle for a person with any budget.
Currently, the booking website features good availability for August 23, 24 and 25, with limited availability for all the rest of the dates.
Tickets are available online and by telephone on +44 (0)131 225 1188. Online bookings are limited to 8 tickets per person/company.
