Edinburgh McDonald's apologises to diner over 'filthy kitchen and grubby staff'

An NHS worker says he “felt sick” after discovering the state of an Edinburgh McDonald’s after a night out at the weekend.

Cameron Smith, 22, was looking for a late-night munch at the Fort Kinnaird retail park at around 3.30am on Sunday after being out with friends.

He was horrified when he spotted chaos in the kitchen where his food was being prepared, with rubbish cluttered all over the floor.
