An Edinburgh man was raced to hospital in the early hours of Tuesday morning following an assault.
Police were called to Gray Court in the Newington area Edinburgh at around 2.15am, on Tuesday June 27 where a 29-year-old man had been assaulted.
He was rushed to the Royal Infirmary for treatment after sustaining serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Eyewitnesses reported that the area was still cordoned off by around 8am as officers investigated the scene.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a man having been assaulted in the Gray’s Court area of Edinburgh around 2.15am on Tuesday, 27 June, 2023.
“A 29-year-old man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment of serious but non-life threatening injuries.
“Enquiries are ongoing”.
