Stunning pictures show a woman gleefully hovering above the water down at the Firth of Forth in Edinburgh.
Paula McHale from Burntisland, Fife, isn’t performing a magic trick though. It’s the newest sport making a splash in the capital – eFoiling.
The aquatic activity involves an electronic surfboard which hovers around 80cm above the water, causing such a rush that you might even forget that winter has truly arrived.

Climate conscious thrill seekers can dive in with no qualms thanks to the electric battery and zero noise pollution, meaning you can enjoy stunning scenery without damaging it.
Paula is enjoying a session with eFoil Scotland, who run sessions in South Queensferry and Burntisland.
The group claim that the sport will “change your life”, saying that they must charge high prices due to the expensive nature of the equipment.
A two-hour group taster experience allows a group of a minimum of 3 to dip their toe in the water for £90 per person.
Once you’re treading over water, session prices range from £260 up to £350, the latter of which bags you a unique tour of the three bridges connecting the capital to the kingdom.
Participants are recommended to be comfortable swimmers, and must be over the age of 10 before giving their best Marty McFly impression above the surface.
