Edinburgh LGBTQ+ couple share their children have 'never questioned' having two dads

An Edinburgh couple are trying to raise awareness and encourage LGBTQ+ adoption after giving their two young boys an amazing home.

Stevan Blackwood, 37 and his partner Denis 42, made the decision six years ago to look into adoption, with the pair explaining that even at that time, there "was still a lot of negativity towards same sex couples."

Signing up with Scottish Adoption, the couple are now advocates for the agency, who were able to pair them with their now nine and seven-year-old sons.
