Edinburgh hotel launches Valentine’s Day line up including ‘80s rom com event

A city centre hotel has announced events and packages for Valentine’s Day - with ‘80s lovers sure to be impressed.

Virgin Hotels Edinburgh on Victoria Street is inviting guests to spread the love, with a special line up of romantic events. Whether looking for love, in need of a getaway or just looking to treat yourself - organisers say they’ve got something for everyone.

February 16 will see an ‘80s rom com inspired evening, with guests able to relive some of the most iconic moments from the films of the time accompanied by throwback tunes and nostalgic cocktails. A spokesperson for Virgin hotels said: “The event will leave them wishful of finding their very own Richard Gere.
