An Edinburgh tourist has hit out at a capital hotel after they complained kids splashed water over them at the side of the pool.
Taking to TripAdvisor, the disgruntled customer of Apex Waterloo Place Hotel said that a female reception staff member was also rude to them and bumped their Ipad up steps after watching them put it into the front pocket of their suitcase.
Bosses at the hotel have since apologised for their "poor hospitality." The Apex Waterloo averages four-and-a-half stars and has attracted thousands of positive reviews.
