"He loves to cuddle up on the couch with his favourite people and is sure to be a very loving companion."

According to the rescue home's website, Mylo: "is looking for an owner who has had a dog in the past and can keep him company for most of the day.

"He may suit living with older children aged 8 or more, and as he gets on with most other dogs, he could potentially live with another dog if introductions go well."

They added: "Mylo is a happy and affectionate boy who loves everyone he meets. He has made some doggy friends while staying with us and enjoys going for walks with his friends.

"He loves his food so enjoys finding food in a puzzle feeder, likes a tasty filled Kong or lick mat, and is always happy to pose for photos when he knows he can have a tasty treat as a reward."

The centre, based in Edinburgh, concluded: "He likes using his nose so loves going for nice sniffy walks, and also enjoys walking at the beach.

"He loves to cuddle up on the couch with his favourite people and is sure to be a very loving companion."

As reported on the website, Mylo requires an experienced owner, and can live with other dogs and children.
