A distillery based in Edinburgh's Pentland Hills is offering gin lovers a dream come true opportunity, as it announces a new job which will see one lucky applicant get paid to sip their favourite tipple.
Premium gin brand, King’s Hill, is calling for a gin enthusiast with a passion for all things botanical to take on a summer 'Gin-ternship' that will pay them to visit the Pentland Hills and try the brand’s handcrafted gins.

For two days the recruit will be required to spend two days at Dalhousie Castle, a luxury castle hotel just eight miles from Edinburgh, where they daily gin sampling and be taken on a tour of the distillery.
The new hire will also receive £500 for their two days of 'hard' work.
Hannah Fletcher, Brand Manager for Tŷ Nant Water, which owns King’s Hill, said: “As summer draws closer, there’s nothing quite like sipping gin in the sun – it’s a special experience, and we wanted to take this to the next level for one lucky gin lover.
“Our distillery is nestled in a breath-taking location right on the outskirts of Edinburgh, so we also wanted to make sure our next Gin-tern would get the full King’s Hill experience. After all, there is no better place to enjoy our award-winning gin than here, right at the heart of the Scottish Pentland Hills.
