Theatre fans in the capital are in for a treat next year as the smash hit musical Pretty Woman rolls into town.
The producers have confirmed the hit show will be running for two weeks in spring 2024 at the Edinburgh Playhouse as part of the UK and Ireland tour.
Pretty Woman: The Musical will run from Tuesday, April 2 – Saturday, April 13, 2024 with tickets for the popular show on sale on the ATG website.
The West End production tour follows hot on the success of the production’s ongoing run at the Savoy Theatre, London (where it is currently booking until June).

Described as 'Hollywood’s ultimate rom-com – live on stage', the musical is based on the 90s film of the same name, with the story set in the late ’80s when Vivian (originally played by Julia Roberts) met Edward (Richard Gere) and her life changed forever.
A spokesperson for the musical said: "Now, prepare to be swept up in their romance once again in this dazzlingly theatrical take on a love story for the ages – and get to know these iconic characters in a whole new way – in a sensational show guaranteed to lift your spirits and light up your heart. It’s going to be a big night out. Big. Huge."

Pretty Woman: The Musical features original music and lyrics by Grammy Award winner Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance, a book by Garry Marshall and the film’s screenwriter J.F. Lawton, it is directed and choreographed by the two-time Tony Award winner Jerry Mitchell.
Featured in the musical is Roy Orbison and Bill Dee’s international smash hit song Oh, Pretty Woman which inspired one of the most beloved romantic comedy films of all time.
