Edinburgh Dam Da Kitchen to offer Korean comfort food at pop-up event this month

An exciting pop-up event is coming to the capital this month, bringing the flavours of Korea for Edinburgh's food fans to try.

Taking place at the Delightfully Delicious Café in Marchmont, Dam Da Kitchen is the brainchild of two Korean-born foodies, Seoyoung and Seoyoung, who are set to cook up a spread of wholesome dishes built around their home-cooked favourites.

Expect a wide selection of tasty meat and kimchi dumplings and wraps – lunchbox staples in Korea – alongside great bowls of Bibimbap, a revered East Asian comfort food.

While fusion with other cuisines will feature including Tagliatelle with mushroom and creamy soybean sauce and the beef and kimchi ragu, while the pair confirmed there will be plenty of Vegan and Gluten Free options available.
