An Edinburgh dad has opened up over the tragic and 'preventable' death of his 14-year-old son who died from a traumatic brain injury during a school game of rugby.
Peter Robinson, 55 has spent over a decade without his son Ben after he passed away aged 14 in 2011 from 'second impact concussion' after being sent back on the pitch to play with a concussion.
The retired police officer, who now lives in Roseburn with his wife Carol and their two other children Isla and Gregor, is constantly reminded of the preventable tragedy and dedicates his time to making others aware of the issue across sports in Scotland.
