Edinburgh council elections: Full list of candidates standing in capital vote

SNP Scottish National party Scottish Green Party Ross Scottish Family Party Edinburgh Scottish Labour Party Cooperative Party Frank Ward Neil John

Edinburgh is set to go to the polls next month in the 2022 council elections with a record number of candidates in the running.

A total of 143 people are set to stand ahead of the vote across Edinburgh’s 17 wards before ballots are counted on May 5.

Voters only have until April 18 to register for their chance to participate in the election, with a midnight deadline in place.
