Edinburgh city centre set for stunning new cocktail bar Ciao

The team behind a new Tuscan-inspired cocktail bar that's opening in the New Town have released a first look at what people can expect.

Ciao, a stand-alone Cicchetti and cocktail bar within the chic Rico's Ristorante on North Castle Street, aims to celebrate Italy's iconic cocktail - The Negroni - as well as Italy's more informal dining style with Cicchetti (small snacks and side dishes) served all day with an affordable lunch menu.

The exciting new venue serves an array of Italian aperitivo style and crafted cocktails, including a full negroni list with a variety of options from £8.
