A prime time bite-sized retail opportunity has hit the market in Edinburgh’s busy Pleasance. A brightly painted police box has been listed for sale at £17,500 and has a variety of potential uses.
The blue and purple under-the-sea themed box sits at the cross-junction of Cowgate and Pleasance. The painted octopus sees plenty of vehicle and pedestrian traffic pass through the busy junction daily.
The listing on EG Property Link said: “The property comprises a rarely available freehold opportunity to purchase a traditional former Police Box which would be suitable for a variety of retail uses.
